Hello and welcome to innovate. If you're looking for a Harrogate Personal Trainer with a difference then you've come to the right place; I am a health & fitness coach bringing a different approach to PT than most other trainers out there. I believe being a Personal Trainer is about more than exercise; it's about supporting people on a journey to making better informed decisions regarding their health and fitness, ultimately creating positive lifestyle change. A mountain of statistics show that the vast majority of people who go on “diets” and “quick fix” slimming programs, end up putting on at least the same amount of weight within the following 12-24months. My aim as is to stand out by offering a unique coaching service,  focusing on empowering all my clients to maintain their new found healthy lifestyle, long after I've finished working with them. Investing as little as 4 weeks of your time with me can give you the body, the knowledge, and the confidence to look amazing, feel great and perform better than you ever have.
