We are excited to have a new coach joining us in the coming weeks. 

You may see Emma coaching alongside our existing coaching team whilst she learns the ropes, please feel free to say hi and give her a warm welcome to the Innovate team.

Child Policy

With the summer holidays in full swing, we just wanted too remind all our members of the current child policy at Innovate, in case you need to bring the little ones whilst taking part in a class....

Child Policy at Innovate Fitness & Wellbeing
At Innovate, we’re proud to be a family-friendly gym and love that our members feel comfortable bringing their children along. Kids are welcome to be present while a parent or guardian takes part in a class — but just a heads-up, they can’t join in the class itself.
To keep things safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that children stay seated and behave calmly during class times. For their safety (and out of respect for other members), we can’t allow kids to run around or play on the gym floor.
If a child isn’t able to follow these guidelines, we’ll need the parent or guardian to leave the class and head home with them. We really appreciate your understanding here — this helps us keep the space positive and inclusive for everyone, and it means we can continue being a kid-friendly gym without needing to move toward a no-children policy.

Bank Holiday

Just a reminder that we will be closed on the 25th August to give our fabulous coaching team a very well deserved break.

Pilates @ Innovate
Pilates sessions are up an running at Innovate on Tuesdays at 10:45am and 4pm.
The session's are run by Morag, who some of you may already know as she is one of our many lovely members here at Innovate.
