✅ Mobility Challenge Recap – 10 Days of Movement Magic! 


We LOVED seeing your energy and commitment throughout our new 10-Day Mobility Challenge. From improving posture and easing tight hips, to mastering better squats and shoulder rolls—your progress has been inspiring.


We’ve now uploaded the full challenge to On-Demand, so if you missed a few days or want to do it again, it’s there whenever you need it. Not sure how to access On-Demand on the Innovate app? Drop us a message or come speak to us at your next session—we’ll get you sorted in minutes.




💛 A Heartfelt Goodbye to Superstar Kate 

This month we shared the very sad news that our incredible Kate will be taking a step away from the runnings of Innovate HQ as she focuses more time towards her children. Read the full post here.

Kate's leaving do will be on the 12th of July - more details coming soon :) keep the afternoon / evening free!

🎉 Client Milestones & Wins

Huge shoutouts to:
  • Fiona Clayton when she started at Innovate she wasn’t able to complete a short distance run without her inhaler.. She’s now smashing park run! Congrats Fiona, huge shout out to you!

🛏️ Bed Race – Come Cheer Us On! 

We’re so excited to be taking part in the legendary Knaresborough Bed Race once again! Our training has been on point.

Vests have landed.. They are… Bright.. Bold and BLINDING ORANGE!

Come and support the team on
Saturday the 14th of June – expect costumes, competition and community spirit at its finest! 



🎓 The Power of Protein 

If you’re looking to recover faster, build lean muscle or stay fuller for longer—protein is your best friend. But it’s not just about shakes or chicken! Here are some smart ways to up your intake:

  • Add Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese to snacks and breakfasts.
  • Use eggs or tofu as a base for quick lunches.
  • Keep protein-rich snacks handy: boiled eggs, edamame, beef jerky, or a protein bar.
  • Include a source of protein in every meal—aim for 20–30g each time.

Here’s a quick, protein-packed recipe to try:

🍳 Protein Power Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 chicken sausages 
  • Handful of spinach
  • 30g grated cheese
  • 1 wholegrain wrap
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
  1. Cook the sausages following instructions on the packet.
  2. Scramble the eggs with spinach and seasoning.
  3. Layer into your wrap with cheese and Greek yoghurt.
  4. Wrap up and toast in a pan or press for 1–2 mins each side.
  5. Done!
