How training & coaching with us works

We specialise in fully-coached, ladies-only fitness training in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

Because most women we work with, have:
a) had bad gym experiences before
b) haven't worked out in a while
c) or even never worked out in a gym before...

​...we don’t believe in throwing people straight into memberships without support.

If you’re new to training or want support rather than being left to your own devices, we recommend starting with one of the options below.

6 week 'stronG confident you' program

This is how most women start with us.

You’ll train 3x per week in our ladies-only group sessions, with coaching, accountability, and support to help you feel confident, consistent, and part of the community.

This program is ideal for:
- Absolute beginners (never exercised before)
- Haven't worked out for a while (but used to)
​- Ladies who know they need structure, routine and accountability in order to stick at it

Here's what you get:
- 1-1 personalised onboarding appointment
- Group PT workouts:  3x per week (45 minutes each) in our ladies-only studio - everything is tailored to your own fitness level and ability
- Accountability: twice a week we'll check in on how you're doing (and we monitor your attendance to ensure you're sticking at it)
- Progress reviews: A 15minute review halfway to see how you're doing, and another at the end of the 6 weeks
