Chris Lupton
Founder

Chris is the founder of the company and began as a 1-1 Personal Trainer back in 2011.

After taking the decisions to transition to group training in 2012, he’s worked hard to weave the best bits of PT (accountability and coaching) with the best bits of group training (structured fitness and camaraderie) to create a program and approach to fitness & wellbeing, that combines a focus on results, with a 5-star level of service and client experience.

Chris has a keen interest in motivation & behavioural change psychology, as well as posture and how the human body moves.

​His 3 daughters are what drives him - both to succeed at work, and also round the bend!

Craig williams
General Manager

Craig is the General Manager of Innovate, joining the team in June 2025.

Craig has worked across many parts of the Health & Fitness industry and brings 20 years of experience to Innovate.

Craig is a  a dad of 2, with a 12yr old daughter and 16yr old son.
Both share his love of rugby, getting involved with playing/training and all visiting the Leeds Rhinos together

Leslie Flynn
Head Fitness Coach 

Leslie is our Head Fitness Coach, joining in July 2025.

Leslie has been in the  health/fitness industry for 25 years as a Personal Trainer, Small Group Training Coach, Health & Nutrition Coach and General Manager.

Her passion for health & fitness began at university while training for rugby has continued to grow from there. 

Leslie believes that empowering women to be their best...and strongest...self is at the core of true health and longevity.

Fitness Coach ​​

​Tina has been a coach at innovate for 2 years after previously having attended as a client. 

In the past Tina has worked in an athletics stadium,  dealing with every type of event, hurdles, pole volt, high jump long jump you name it. 

Then Tina worked for City of York Council Finance team, where she stayed for 20 years before running her own, not so little, Country Inn near Pickering North Yorkshire before moving to Harrogate in 2015.

Hannah Morley
fitness coach

Hannah also became a Coach after previously been part of the Innovate community as a client.

Hannah knows that the ethos of supporting women to make meaningful change to their health and fitness was something she really believed in and had experienced for herself.

Hannah was looking for a new challenge and different direction, so when the opportunity came up to train as a fitness coach, she just couldn't resist in adding the role alongside her other role as a teacher.

Away from work she loves being outdoors (preferably by the sea or up on Otley Chevin) and spending time with my three children, husband and dog.

Emma cooper
fitness coach

Emma is a fun and enthusiastic coach passionate about everything fitness and nutrition related and very excited to be part of the Innovate team.

In her spare time, when she's not chasing after her son, you'll find her in the gym, playing football or out on a run.

Having recently been on her own fitness journey after giving birth, Emma is very excited to help you all to fall in love with fitness again.

MARINA PROKOIOSIFI
MEMBERSHIP CONSULTANT

Marina is passionate about helping women start their fitness journey. She has been actively working out since 2015 and her experience has helped her understand firsthand the positive impact fitness can have in a womans life. While also being a qualified PT, she loves all things weight lifting, nutrition and self-development as a whole.

She will be helping new members get started, and she is dedicated to helping women join the Innovate community and understand how fitness can change their lives.
