What's involved in the 28 day plan?
You will be assigned a Personal Nutrition & Accountability Coach, who will give you your nutrition plan, set your up on our iCoach, coaching app, give you a nutrition orientation, send daily motivation, check in with you 3 times a week, answer any questions along the way, and hold you accountable so that you stick to the plan, and effortlessly drop a dress size!

is the nutrition plan easy to follow?
Of course!
We're not here to tell you to eat chicken and rice 3 times day. All sensible diets involve eating the right amount of Protein, Fats and Carbs. So we give you extensive lists of each of those food types and simply tell you to construct your meals from those lists, using our unique Precision Nutrition portioning system. |
what happens when i sign up?
Once you sign up, Pamela, your accountability Coach will send you an email on the Thursday before the program starts, outlining everything you need to know.
You will also be set up on 'iCoach' - our unique remote coaching app, which contains the nutrition plan and manual that explains how it all works. In the app you can also:
Once you're set up on the app, Pamela will also add you to the private FB group (optional) for added support and accountability. She will be in touch with you 3-4x per week from when you sign up, and the challenge finishing! |
I need longer than 28 days to get to my goal though...?
Not a problem.
After the 28 days, you have the option of joining our ongoing accountability program - 'Sustain & Maintain'. This continuity program is for people who are fed up of doing kick-starts on and off throughout the year, and are ready to accept that AFTER doing a kickstart, it's about accepting that some weeks you'll make continued progress, and some weeks you'll stall - BUT, that without the accountability and a Coach, you're likely to go backwards. S&M (what a name eh!?) is for you if you are finally ready to give up yo-yo-dieting! However, we tell you all about this towards the end of your 28 day kickstart :) |
