 Timetable for  Large Group Personal Training
All sessions are 45 minutes you have total freedom to book, cancel and swap any classes you like.

Monday - 6:10am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm

Tuesday - 6:00am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm

Wednesday -  6:10am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm

Thursday -  6:10am, 7:15am, 9:30am, 5:15pm, 6:15pm

Friday - 6:10am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 9:30am, 6:15pm

Saturdays - 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am

Sundays -  9:00am, 10:00am

All sessions are 55 minutes

Monday - 7:15am

Tuesday 
- 6:00am, 8:30am, 7:15pm

Wednesday - 12:30pm

Thursday -  8:30am, 7:15pm

Friday - 5:15pm

Sunday - 8:00am
