​The first thing you should know is that our private studio is for ladies-only classes.
All our programs and services are ladies-only -  this is one of the things that our clients tell us they love about coming to train with us.

Location We're situated in Harrogate, next to Harrogate Rugby Club (4 minutes from Sainsburys through the back route).
