THE STATS ARE IN!

We thought we'd change up the news post this month and take stock of the first three months of the year....it's been a whirlwind of activity for everyone at Innovate Towers and we thought some stats might be of interest....

Classes
There were a whopping 482 classes delivered between 1 January - 31 March...of those 378 were large group and 104 Sisters of Steel...

Attendances
At those nearly 500 classes we had... 6,749 attendees - that's LOADS of fitties regularly rocking up to the gym to train and it makes us so happy! 

We've done a tally of attendances by client and it wasn't a huge surprise who came out on top:

1. Janet Ash - 91 (awesome commitment Janet!)
2. Lynn Bolenbaugh - 80 
3. Kate Fishwick - 71

Coaching
The coaching team have been putting the time and effort in to delivering 28,920 minutes (!) of quality coaching and banter week in and week out. We know their knowledge and encouragement is appreciated by all the fitties - here are the coaches you are most sick of the sight of:

1. Kate - 166 sessions
2. Hannah P - 141 sessions
3. Hannah M - 107 sessions

Trivia
In working out the stats for attendance we thought we'd have a little fun estimating some daft numbers for the first quarter of the year, so here goes.....

• Over 186k squats have been done
• Taking the average for our 6 week challenge clients - over half a tonne of weight has been lost so far this year - and that doesn't even include our longer term members who've lost weight - it's impossible to track you all but just think of the numbers!
• At least 2,682 litres of sweat have been shed (double that to include tears!)
• Approximately 216k individual kettlebells have been used during the sessions....that's over 2,000 tonnes lifted / swung / push / pulled!! 
• There were at least 3,500 burpees done in the 2 sessions on Kate's birthday pyramid sessions alone....

Safe to say it's been an incredible few months and everyone is Team Innovate is buzzing to see what the next 3 months bring!
