More indepth overview of the benefits HERE in the fb group , but in a nutshell, they have long handles which you push and pull, whilst pedalling - this creates a full body workout unlike any other bike.
They're also amazing for people with injuries as there's zero impact and full body!
Not as exciting as the bikes - but more investment in kit.
And will add a tonne more variety to the programming - and gives plenty more options for toning them there legs and butt!
The bikes and boxes will be ready to go in the next week!
Kate's busy creating some brand new formats for the boxing workouts - we know a lot of you love boxing (it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it IS popular, and such a great way or de-stressing and getting some much needed cardio into the body!)
There'll be brand new formats rolled out as from next week every fortnight!
New Team Member
Megan Thomas (her mum's a client ......hello Claire!...) will be joining us next Monday the 13th Feb as our brand spanking, shiny new Client Care Manager.
She's also a Sports Therapist studying for a Masters at uni in Sports Therapy at the moment, so will be a useful contact on that front too :)

We have plans for more up-levelling of the gym too - from new paint job, to more kit and even a cheeky re-fit....... Chris wants to oversee the operation once his new baby is born and settled, so this will be late Q2 all being well:-)
And for those of you wanting a good knees up with Gemma (you know who you are) she's looking at arranging one in the not too distant future.
